It’s extremely important to do as much preventative maintenance as possible and to monitor your kiln or furnace to help avoid damage or unnecessary repairs. Any time you notice a kiln or furnace is making unusual noises, acting irregularly, displaying error codes, or anything else that isn’t consistent with normal usage, please do the following:
1. Turn unit off and unplug from wall outlet.
2. Allow unit to cool down.
3. Do visual inspection of complete electrical system.
4. Contact us directly for help with troubleshooting and technical assistance.
5. Leave unit unplugged and unused until necessary repairs have been made.
